On Tuesday, 21st July, Nadur Youngsters played against newly Premier promoted Dingli Swallows. The match was played at Mellieha Ground. Nadur lose 3-2 but, they had a good possession for long periods during the game. For this game Nadur gave a trial to a Jamaican Dwight who played in attack. The game was divided in 3 periods of 30 minutes each.

For the first 10 minutes of the 1st period there was no actions. A through-pass from Anthony Portelli to Josef Buttigieg who shoots but the keeper saves it to corner. Goal for Dingli, a bad clearance of Steve Sultana from a freekick and the foriegner of Dingli put the ball in the net from a good position. In the 2nd period, Nadur were unlucky when a header from Saviour Attard was cleared off the line. Another fine header from Charles Mercieca was saved by the keeper. In the first minutes of the 3rd period, Dingli doubled the score from a freekick. A good chance from Dwight who saw his shot saved by the keeper of Dingli. Nadur reduced the score by Nemanja after a low shot outside the box. Three minutes later Dingli scored the 3rd goal from a shot inside Nadur's box. In the final minutes, Nadur reduced the score again when from a nice cross of Peter Pavlovic a header from Nemanja scored the 2nd goal for Nadur.
